張玉喆 副系主任

張玉喆

隨著醫學知識不斷更新，病人照顧模式也必須與時俱進，社會對醫師專業能力的期許就更高了，這是一個挑戰，也是各位和所有醫學系師長共同的目標，如何幫助大家具備醫學專業素養，從學校教育到臨床場域的病人照護，能展現出符合期待的能力進展，這是需要大家共同努力的。面對跨領域的照護模式，需要學習好溝通能力及領導力，未來幾年將是各位建構專業認同的關鍵時期，參與臨床實作可以了解醫師工作的價值與信仰，以及在專業領域及社會上所扮演的角色，這也是支持各位實現夢想的力量。不論學習、生活、人際關係及臨床工作上，如果遭遇到挑戰，我鼓勵大家一定要正向思考，勇於面對，系上有很多師長都是各個專業領域的典範，能夠引導大家走在正確的方向，系上也還有很多資源能夠協助大家克服困難，成功自己定義，美好的未來就在不遠處。

劉濟弘 副系主任

林蔚然

完善的健康照護體系是一個國家長遠發展的基石，醫療人員是這個照護體系中不可或缺的一環，培育健康照護的人才是國家健康照護制度長遠發展的重中之重。而醫師肩負著醫療決策與執行的重要角色之一。隨著社會觀念的轉變、醫學與資訊科技的發展，培育具備醫學專業素養、人性關懷且能妥善運用新興科技的未來醫師是現今醫學教育的重點工作。非常高興更非常榮幸加入長庚醫學系的大家庭，能有機會在人才培育的工作中略盡棉薄之力。我期許自己未來能協助校長，院長，系主任及大學同仁推動醫學系的運作及革新。培養出具備全人精神與醫學專業素養，並能妥善運用科技及具備國際視野的長庚醫學系學生。
